Matthew originally played Disc Golf in California. Upon moving to the Sioux Falls in 1996 he found there was no place to play and did not play again till August of 2020 after taking a trip to Colorado to visit a friend.

In 2021 he played his first tournament and has continued to play as of 2023. 

He shares the love of Disc Golf with his Friends, Family and Teammates in and out of Tournaments. He is always looking to get better just like most players and always tries to help newcomers as well.
